The Marine Terminals Corp East. Management System is certified for OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 international standards compliance. It was first recognized as compliant on 5 May, 2018. The certificate was issued by an international certification center, Bureau Veritas Certification (BVQI). It is issued for three years and stipulates mandatory annual regulatory audits. From 4 March through 26 April, 2018, BVQI audited the HSE IMS for compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards. The independent audit findings confirmed that the HSE IMS is successful, conforms to international standards and improves continuously.
